My Day - April 6

Well so far today has been much better. The sun is out and I feel like my energy is coming back. I need to focus on making the right food choices at every turn. Oh why oh why are there so many temptations? Ok 1500 calories a day...focus focus focus!

Today's Menu
Breakfast:
Vegan protein shake
350 calories

Lunch:
1C veggie chili
nacho chips
475 calories

Snacks:
granola bar
popcorn
400 calories

Dinner:
toast with sugar free jam
300 calories

Today's Total Calories: 1525

Today's Workouts:
kickboxing
Calories burned: 300

Yeah a great day with a tough workout!
